Don’t be fooled. This tastes nothing like Parmesan cheese. But! Anywhere you would use parm, substitute this for a similar salty cheesy effect.

2/3 cup unsalted roasted pistachios
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it resembles bread crumbs.
Yields about 50 teaspoons.
