Here are my favourite recipes. Everyone has their “food adventure” story. Mine is boring: I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes which was a wake up call. So I started eating better. The big game changer was starting a food journal. It provided the feedback that let me see what works and what needs improvement. Little by little, I morphed into a casual vegan (aka flexitarian).
I started posting recipes here mainly so my favourites are easy to find on my phone as I make them. Each of these I have personally made and enjoyed – most more than once. I hope you enjoy them too.
